Pastor Chuck, originally from Ohio, lives in Westmoreland with his wife, Tara. They have three adult children: Caleb, Emily, and Olivia. Before ministry, he had a career in nursing leadership, serving in critical care, emergency services, and hospital administration in South Carolina and Tennessee.
He began ministry at Tulip Grove Baptist Church in Hermitage, TN, as a youth parent leader, later directing the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Week of Champions Camp. Ordained in 2013, he served as youth minister and associate/family pastor at First Baptist Church Hilton Head. In 2018, Tulip Grove called him back as youth pastor, and in 2019 he became pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, now a congregation of over 300.
Pastor Chuck and Tara live on a farm near CrossRoads Church, where he now serves as pastor. He enjoys family time, farm life, baseball, hunting, and sharing the gospel.
Jeremiah Scott grew up in a Christian home in Charlotte, Tennessee, where his parents faithfully modeled what it means to serve the Lord. He attended First Baptist Church in Dickson and later earned his undergraduate degree from UT Martin, where he met his wife, Anna Grace. Together, they served on the worship team at First Baptist Martin and had the opportunity to serve on mission trips to Ethiopia.
Jeremiah later earned a Master of Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and has been serving in full-time ministry since 2019. He is passionate about seeing people come to know Christ and grow in their faith, and he considers it a joy and privilege to serve the CrossRoads family.
Jeremiah and Anna Grace are now blessed with an energetic little one. He is excited to see how God continues to work through CrossRoads and looks forward to serving wherever the Lord leads.
Lilliana Swift, originally from New Mexico, is blessed to call the Westmoreland community home. She was saved and baptized at the age of 10 and later rededicated her life to God at 17.
Lilliana has always had a heart for serving others and considers it a privilege to be part of a church where she can use the gifts God has given her while showing His love to those around her. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the CrossRoads family and be part of what God is doing through the church.
Outside of CrossRoads, Lilliana serves as a firefighter and enjoys cooking. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends, enjoying fellowship, or simply being outdoors and admiring God’s creation.
Olivia Haley has always had a passion for working with children and helping them know and grow in their relationship with Jesus. With 10 years of experience leading youth and children, she considers it a privilege to invest in the next generation and see how the Lord continues to use her to further His kingdom.
Olivia is a wife and mom to two little ones. She believes the joy of the Lord is evident in the hearts of children and considers it a gift to be reminded of Jesus’ love through them each week. Her mission is simple: if a child doesn’t know Jesus, she wants them to leave CrossRoads asking questions and wanting to know more about Him.
Outside of church, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, whether they’re hiking, playing volleyball or pickleball, or simply enjoying life together on their farm.
Kristian Gregory has a heart for teaching children about Jesus and helping them grow in their relationship with Him. She also loves serving her community, meeting new people, hearing their stories, and learning how God is working in their lives.
Kristian is a wife and mom to a son and has a genuine love for children of all ages. She gave her life to Christ at the age of 15 while attending church camp and was later baptized. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the CrossRoads family and be part of what God is doing through the church.
Outside of CrossRoads, Kristian enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She especially loves making memories with the people closest to her and enjoying the beauty of God’s creation.
Emily Workman grew up in the church and has always had a heart for worship and helping others connect with God through Christ-centered, biblical worship. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside her dad, Pastor Chuck Workman, and pour into the CrossRoads family through the gifts God has given her.
Emily is passionate about creating an environment where people can encounter God and grow closer to Him through worship. She considers it a privilege to serve the church and be part of what God is doing through CrossRoads.
Outside of serving at church, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends and making the most of the relationships God has placed in her life.
Originally from Culver, Indiana, Chase serves as the Director of Media & Technology, overseeing media and graphic design, IT and network systems, and CrossRoads’ website and digital platforms. He is passionate about building strong systems and creative tools that support ministry and help the church communicate clearly and effectively.
