Salvation
Salvation is the beginning of a new life — one that’s found in a personal relationship with Jesus. It means turning away from a life lived on our own terms and receiving the grace, forgiveness, and purpose that God offers us through His Son.
The Bible tells us that because of God’s great love for us, He sent Jesus to rescue us from sin and restore us into relationship with Him (John 3:16). It’s not about earning God’s love or being perfect — it’s about trusting in what Jesus has already done for us on the cross.
If you’re ready to take that step — to say “yes” to Jesus — we want to walk with you.

Get Baptized
Believer’s baptism by immersion is a public act of obedience that symbolizes a person’s faith in Jesus Christ. It represents the believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus (Romans 6:4).
We practice full immersion — being completely dipped under water — because it’s the method shown in the New Testament and reflects the true meaning of the word “baptize,” which means “to immerse.”
Baptism does not save a person; rather, it’s a testimony of salvation that has already taken place. It’s an outward expression of an inward change — a way to declare, “I belong to Jesus.”

Give back
Serve your community
We believe the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus — bringing hope, love, and practical help to those around us. Serving our community is one way we live out our faith and share God’s love in real, tangible ways. Whether it’s through food drives, mentoring, outreach events, or simply lending a hand to someone in need, every act of service makes a difference. There’s a place for everyone to get involved — and when we serve together, we grow together.

Commit to CrossRoads
Become a member
As you grow in your discipleship journey, you’ll likely discover next steps like joining a group or serving with your gifts. One key step not to miss is becoming a member. Membership is a commitment to be an active part of the CrossRoads family and the work God is doing here — and it’s also a way for the church to care for and support you. It’s one of the best ways to make a lasting impact both inside and outside the church.

We ask that:
1. You are in a saving relationship with Jesus
You’ve begun a saving relationship with Jesus — a promise from God that when you call on Him, confess your sins, and trust Him as your Savior, He forgives you, makes you new, and gives you eternal life (Romans 10:13).
2. You have been Baptized or plan on being baptized
3. You have attended New Beginnings
4. You tell us your story
5. You have read our Statement of Faith & Beliefs
You’ve taken the time to read through and affirm our Statement of Beliefs — a clear expression of the foundational truths we hold as a church. By doing so, you’re not only aligning yourself with the core teachings of our faith, but also expressing your desire to walk in unity with our church family as we follow Jesus together. This shared belief is what grounds us, guides us, and unites us as we grow in faith and serve others.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm new to faith - where should I start?
Start by getting connected with others through a life group or attending one of our New Beginnings classes. If you’ve just said “yes” to Jesus, we’d love to help you take your first steps in following Him.
What is believer's baptism and why is it important?
Believer’s baptism is the act of being baptized after personally putting your faith in Jesus Christ. It’s important because it follows the biblical pattern of believe and be baptized (Acts 2:41), symbolizing your identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, and serving as an outward testimony of the inward change God has made in your life. We practice believer’s baptism by immersion, following the example of Jesus and the early church.
Do I have to be baptized to become a member?
Yes, we ask all members to have been baptized by immersion after making a personal decision to follow Christ. If you haven’t taken that step yet, we’d love to talk with you about what it means and help you get scheduled.
How do I join a life group?
You can browse open life groups online or talk to someone on our team who can help you find one that fits your schedule and stage of life. Life groups meet throughout the week and are a great way to grow spiritually and build friendships.
